Clients reviews about JUST ASK HOME IMPROVEMENT

We struggled with cold floors and an uncomfortable house, suspecting the furnace was the issue. After calling Just Ask, they discovered the real problems: bad insulation, wood rot, and long-standing structural issues in the crawlspace. They explained everything clearly, detailing urgent fixes versus those that could wait. They repaired the crawlspace, replaced insulation, fixed wood rot, and handled structural repairs. Now, the floors are warmer, and the house feels great again. We are very happy with their service. It's rare to find contractors who genuinely resolve issues rather than just cover them up. I highly recommend Just Ask Home improvement for crawlspace work, insulation, wood rot repair, and general home repairs to everyone in toledo ~ Melissa W

We want to thank this company for helping us with our full house remodel after being ripped off by other contractors. They provided a solid price and truly are the best remodeling company in Toledo. Initially, we called them for a small structural repair, but after seeing their capabilities, we decided to hire them for the full remodel. They handled basement waterproofing, kitchen and two bathroom remodels, and installed flooring throughout the house. They also managed exterior home repairs flagged by our inspector. We couldn't be happier with the results. If you need a reliable general contractor in Toledo, this is the company to call without hesitation. After completing our project, we sold our house quickly with two offers, thanks to their excellent work. Thank you, Benny and your amazing crew! We will definitely reach out for future projects. Happy New Year! ~ Brandon W

Just Ask Home Improvement remodeled our master bathroom, and we are very satisfied. The crew was kind, professional, and communicated well, making us feel comfortable. Scheduling was easy, with only a slight wait. Once the work began, everything progressed smoothly Benny also explained the project details and budget, easing any concerns about unexpected costs. We had other contractors giving us prices that didn't make sense too low or way too high his price was in the middle. The finished renovation looks fantastic, and we highly recommend Just Ask Home Improvement for bathroom and structural repairs to everyone. ~ Avril B

We chose Just Ask for an estimate on some structural damage to our garage attic. He fixed the problem, and installed a new drop down ladder and sanded and filled all the cracks in the walls of the entire garage and repaired the ceiling. He also painted the whole garage and was very reasonable in price. It looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us. The garage was cleaner than it ever has been. I would highly recommend Just Ask. You won’t be sorry. He was also very respectful and professional. Thank you Benny from the bottom of my heart. Linda Stroshine ~ Linda S

Just Ask Home Improvement remodeled my grandma’s house and it came out amazing. They ripped out the old floors and put in new Lvp, replaced all the drywall, fixed a couple load-bearing walls, and took care of some structural wood rot. They finished the kitchen, bathroom, and living room with new electric, insulation, subfloor, trim, paint, and doors. Even found hidden damage and fixed it so the place is solid again. Grandma’s so happy, and now we’re getting ready to have them build us a new deck. If you’re in Maumee, Toledo, or Perrysburg, I’d definitely recommend them ~ Eduardo T

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work they completed on our house. The built-ins turned out exceptional. They followed our design requests and brought our vision to reality. They turned our traditional fireplace into a gas unit and repaired the chimney and hung the television. They also repaired a foundation issue that we had and put together a play set for our daughter. Communication and punctuality was superb. Never anything but professional. We couldn't be more happy with the work and we plan on using them in the future for additional work! ~ Peter H

We went with Just Ask Home Improvement for our full house remodeling in Sylvania, Ohio. The work covered most of the house kitchen remodel, bathroom updates, basement work, new flooring throughout, insulation improvements, plus exterior repairs that included roofing and siding. It was a big big job, especially with an older home, and a few things came up once work started. They explained what was going on and walked us through the options instead of just telling us what we had to do. That made the process a lot less stressful. The crew stayed consistent and handled multiple trades without the project turning into chaos. Communication was steady, and the house didn’t sit half-finished for weeks at a time. We’re happy with how everything turned out. So If you’re in Sylvania and need a contractor who can manage a full house remodel and coordinate kitchens, baths, basement, roofing, siding, and flooring, we’d recommend Just Ask Home Improvement wonderful guys ~ Jessie G

We love Benny! We had A LOT of work to do, but Benny and the team worked with us every step of the way! Great craftsmanship, communication, and just overall a very personable professional group all around :) . We had a complete bathroom tear out, kitchen ceiling and drywall repair from water damage, and an outdoor balcony converted to a sunroom! I am convinced there is NOTHING they cant do :) . Thank you Benny and the team for your hard work, and we will definitely reach out for other projects in the future 💚. ~ ERIN B

I just had Just As Home Improvement do a big remodel on my place, and I gotta say, they did a fantastic job. They handled everything roofing, siding, new windows, and fixed up the old ones too. The flooring is solid, they repaired the sagging spots and took care of the structural issues. The new kitchen and bathrooms look amazing, and the new interior doors fit perfectly. They even power washed the house, cleaned up all the debris, and left everything spotless. Great work all around. Definitely recommend these guys! ~ Jennifer S

Our living room wall had major cracks from settling, roof leaks, and we needed structural repair before selling the house. They reinforced everything, fixed the drywall, and repainted it like nothing ever happened. It made a big difference in showing the home. Their prices were very reasonable and the peace of mind this company gave us it was worth it, other companies were twice as much, we are recommending to our friends and families. Thank you Benny and your crew ~ Taylor R

Great company that knows what they are doing and goes above and beyond. They did some drywall work for me and did an amazing job at every step. Getting a quote was simple and they did exactly what was asked on the job. Plus they do a great job explaining the process and why things are done a certain way. Instead of doing the bare minimum, they even repatched some ugly hole patches I did in the past. Lastly, very personable personality. Would rate higher than 5 stars. ~ Quinten J

Benny is very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would, did the job in a timely fashion, always knew exactly what was needed, and left the site clean when finished. He was able to locate and repair a leaking airing deck where others could only guess at the source of the leak. He then repaired the damaged interior plaster ceiling. It looks like there was never a leak there! I highly recommend Just Ask. They are now my go-to-company! ~ Becky S

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Benny was the epitome of integrity, honesty and professionalism. His work is impeccable. He communicates cost of the job in a very organized and thoughtful manner. After a leaking pipe required repairs to the bathroom and kitchen of his vintage home in Toledo, my son looked far and wide to find a capable and willing construction crew. He was so delighted with “Just Ask Home Improvement”, a family-owned business, that he enlarged the scope of work from pipe repair to a complete bathroom remodel. My son was so happy with his beautiful new bathroom, and recommended “Just Ask” to us. We had also been searching for months for a trustworthy company. Our bathroom remodel project of construction, plumbing, tiling, etc. was too complicated for just a handyman, but not big enough to interest other construction companies in Ottawa County. Benny Aquino was a dream to work with. He listened to our ideas; explained possible alternatives, and made helpful suggestions. His many years of experience in vintage and new construction helped him to anticipate possible issues in our plans. The work of deconstruction and installation of a vintage tub in a 15 year old condo bathroom was completed within a week. All debris was taken away and the work area was left clean and neat after each day’s work. The trucks, equipment and workmen are clean and professional. We feel that “Just Ask” did a superlative job for us at a fair price. What more could you ask for? ~ Meg S
